ACCREDITATION PROCESS
STEP ONE:INQUIRY
Applicant/Client Inquiries about accreditation
STEP TWO : FORM SUBMISSION
Applicant submits a signed application form, accreditation agreement and self-declaration form
STEP THREE: FORM REVIEW
The duly filled application is reviewed
STEP FOUR: DOCUMENTS REVIEW
Successful applicant submits relevant information for document review
STEP FIVE : ASSESMENT
Initial assessment to determine the competence of the CAB
STEP SIX: CLOSURE
Review of closure for the non-conformities raised
STEP SEVEN : CERTIFICATION
Issuance of accreditation certificate, symbols, and program to the client
STEP EIGHT: REASSESSMENT
Reassessment is done after 6 months and thereafter annually until end of the accreditation cycle
